چکیده
We present a case of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) re-infection where the time interval between two COVID-positive episodes is longest in literature. A 40-year male patient was admitted to Emergency Department with complaints sore throat, cough and diarrhea; re-diagnosed as COVID-19 positive after virus-free period. He did not have chronic his anamnesis used no medication. After infection long recovery period, he became again. In this case, second 94 days from first PCR test 86 complete resolution symptoms. This one COVID-19-free period Key Words: COVID-19, Recurrence, Re-infection, Recovery.

متن کاملQuantitative PCR and RT-PCR in virology.
I n the last few years, molecular hybridization methods have been used extensively in basic and applied virology because of their technical flexibility and high specificity. Using these techniques, the detection of DNA and RNA viruses directly from clinical specimens, the analysis of the specific transcriptional activity of viral genes in vitro and in vivo, and the study of virus-host relations...
